If the order has already been fulfilled you are welcome to return the product(s) for a full refund assuming they are unopened and undamaged.

Standard shipping normally takes 2-3 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination.

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received and include all the original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 14 days from when we receive the item(s).

When adding a product to your cart you can choose if you would like to make a one time purchase or if you would like to receive that item on a regular basis, such as once a month. For packaging supplies that you use regularly this is a great way to make sure you never run out!

You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date.

Subscriptions that renew on a weekend will need to be cancelled on a prior working day.

If you cancel your subscription on the renewal date we can not guarantee that your next order won't be processed.
